Second, I chose an Andy Warhol piece of artwork titled "Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom from the Reigning Queens Edition." This silkscreen challenges normal images created at that time period and I plan to further examine this image.
Third, I chose the French film Amelie. The movie is about a naive girl who decides to help others around her, but in unique ways. During her journey, she discovers love.
I think Lost would be a very interesting artifact to analyze for the essay. Most people are familiar with it and there are a lot of different themes you could used in the show to analyze.
ReplyDeleteI like this painting portrait of Queen Elizabeth. This painting has detailed lines and colors. The shading and bright colors really illuminates the picture; making it far from a normal image. I also think the negative space was well thought out too.
ReplyDeleteBut, I also agree with Brandon here. There seems like you can talk about many themes and motifs about each character especially John Locke. You are definitely on the right track.
